HOW ARE ECOBRIX MADE?
ECOBRIX woodcrete insulated concrete form (ICF) wall units are formed from cement-bonded wood fibre material. The specially graded recycled waste wood is initially chipped into wood fibre and then mineralised and bonded together with Cem 1 cement. Recycled ECOBRIX wall form units are also used as part of the mixing process, as it acts as a filler.

Limestone grit is added to the mix for internal wall units, as it helps with acoustic properties. The cement-bonded wood fibre mix is then moulded and stamped out to form the many shapes that comprise the full range of ECOBRIX wall form units. Once the ECOBRIX units have been produced, external wall units are filled with PIR insulation.

Envirotile is a lightweight roof tile made from recycled polymer with excellent green credentials. Produced in two finish effect options, our original tile texture and the new slate-effect finish. Very simple to fix yet performs exceptionally, locking into adjacent tiles to form a fully integrated roof covering allowing Envirotile tiles to perform to roof pitches as low as 12.5 degrees.
Envirotile ticks all the boxes for its technical design and helps promote better working conditions for roofers - minimising risk and conforming to the Health & Safety at Work Policy. Being only 20% of the weight of a concrete tile Envirotile reduces carrying load weights and the unique polymer material (made from 75% recycled product) means there’s no dust during cutting.
